The State of Florida sets the maximum fees a Notary Public may charge for notarial acts:

Signature/Stamp: $10 (Offer: First signature $10 and any additional signature: $8)
Travel Rates
**Travel fees are determined by the Notary Public to cover the cost of mobile services. These fees are in addition to the notarial service fees and will be agreed upon in writing prior to services being rendered.
Travel rates are prorated based on distance and calculated according to the location of the appointment.
